Surprise! We are celebrating not only my 29th birthday today but also that I am 15 weeks pregnant with our first sweet baby due in September.
I know I haven’t written a post in a long while and if you’ve ever been pregnant you know how utterly drained I’ve been for the last few weeks. The majority of my time has been split between falling asleep mid-sentence and mustering up the courage to eat anything other than macaroni and cheese. I’m happy to report that I’m feeling much better now that I’m in my second trimester.
Chris took these photos for me in front of the house with the tripod and I love how they turned out. While I’ve missed being able to see family and friends during this time, Chris and our dog Joe are spoiling me enough for everyone. Tonight he is making steak for me and the tiny carnivore (baby K) along with a homemade birthday cake.
I’m trying to imagine what my 30th birthday will look like and I can’t wait.
